PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days order processing. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.


POLICY:

If any products received are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of the piece(s) and include Order Number within DAYS after delivery date to receive a refund. If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We do our best to package each order with care and sufficient packing materials.

SHIPPING:

We are a micro business that hand crafts and hand packages all of our products. Order processing typically takes 1-2 days (may change with order influx). 

All orders ship via USPS. 
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance (up to $100).
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days. Includes tracking and insurance (up to $100).
* Shipping may be delayed during high volume seasons, holidays, bad weather that is out of our control.

We do not keep packaged orders for longer than 24hrs (excluding weekends/holidays) after processing. Once an order is shipped we no longer have control of the parcel.

We ship to the address provided on your order form, if you need to amend the shipping address please email us immediately and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you. If the address is incorrect on your order form and the package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped or cover the cost to reship packages in the case it gets returned. 

Please note we are a seasonal, handmade business. If your package is lost or stolen it may take 5-7 days to process and replace "out of stock" products. 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

Orders are insured up to $100. If your package is lost or stolen, you must wait till after the projected delivery date to begin a claim process with USPS. A tracking number is always provided when the order ships. The purchaser must file the claim with USPS. We are always willing to assist with any claims you put in with the mailing system.


SHIPPING DELIVERY:

If your tracking is marked as “Delivered” and you are stating that you did not receive your order you must contact USPS and file a missing mail claim. The purchaser must file the claim with USPS. We do not refund or re-ship orders claimed as lost/stolen but marked as "Delivered."

We are a micro business. When shipments are lost or damaged, we are just as impacted as our customers. We are not Amazon and are unable to offer the same deals that large corporations offer.

 

SHIPPING REDUCE/RECYCLE:

We do our best to create as little waste as possible, so some of our packing materials are reused from our own supply orders or paper scraps from the Cadet Uniform Factory. We all love a beautifully wrapped package with colorful paper but strive to reduce waste whenever possible. We take care in packaging each order with sufficient protection. We are working towards offering a gift wrap option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At the moment, we are not shipping internationally but hope to offer this service in the future. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchasing. After the item is shipped, we are not be able to cancel the order. If you need to amend your order in anyway, please email us at [email protected]

 

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns within DAY of receipt. Items must be in original, in tact condition with original tags and packaging. If an item is returned damaged or missing parts we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please see our "Policy" at the top of the page for orders received damaged. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

CAUTION:

Wooden nutcrackers have moving parts. Not suitable as a toy for young children. Cadet Nutcrackers are for decorative purposes only.
